When to go
The window is October to April: sunny, mild, and every outdoor court in play. November is the sweet spot — the Premier Padel tour stops in Dubai, so a group trip can wrap a morning clinic, an afternoon Americano and an evening watching the pros. From May to September Dubai's padel moves indoors: the air-conditioned clubs in Al Quoz play perfectly all summer, but forget beachside courts at midday. Spain, by contrast, is playable outdoors all year — which is exactly the kind of trade-off we put in front of your group before you book anything.
The group formula
Same maths as everywhere: one court per 4 players, one English-speaking coach per 4-6 for clinics, and a tournament to finish.
